Instructions
- Stand the Silicone Squeezy Pouch upright and pour contents into the opening.
- Alternatively, use the funnel included to transfer ingredients. Insert the appropriate strainer into the opening of the funnel if required.
- Insert the straw (unnotched end) up through the bottom of the X-cut opening of the sippy spout. Make sure the shield fits snugly against the X-cut. Then plug the sippy spout into the pouch opening.
- Let your little one enjoy food independently. Cover the spout when not feeding.
WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD - SMALL PARTS. Never leave components unattended.
NOTE: If using strainer with thick or fibrous foods, stir contents and clear strainer frequently.
Cleaning and Care:
Before first use, disassemble and clean the products, then place the components in boiling water for 5 minutes. This is to ensure hygiene. After use, please wash and flush all parts thoroughly with clean water to remove any food residue, including all areas where food has passed through. Wash before and after use. Although dishwasher safe, we recommend disassembling and washing products in warm soapy water using the cleaning brush, then rinsing. Only soft bristle brushes or soft sponges should be used to clean this product, as hard scourers may scratch the surface. Do not use bleach-based cleaners or tablets to clean this product. To sterilise, use a steam steriliser or boil in water for 2-3 minutes. Brush NOT suitable for microwaves, sterilisers or boiling water due to stainless steel components. Other common methods of heating, cleaning, storage and use not listed in this manual may damage the product. Silicone may absorb the colours of liquids it comes in contact with. To minimise discolouring, wash immediately after use. Store product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.

- Do not fill pouch beyond top measurement mark.
- Do not forcefully squeeze or shake the pouch at any time, as this may cause contents to leak.
- Always remove sippy spout, straw and lid when microwave heating.
- Take extra care when microwave heating; localised overheating can occur. Always mix the heated food and check the temperature before feeding.
- For use with breastmilk only. Not to be used for mixing formula milk.
- Straws are not suitable for children under 6 months.

How to use a Haakaa pump?
Before using a Haakaa pump, it is recommended to sterilise it by boiling in water for 2-3 mins (if you have a steam steriliser, you can use this if you prefer).
Place the pump flange over your nipple - make sure your nipple is centred comfortably in the neck of the pump. You can either fold the flange back and push the body of the pump to achieve a stronger suction or just push the air out by squeezing the pump's body without folding the flange back to get a lighter suction. Remember, the more air you squeeze out, the stronger the suction.
Apply suction - you may need to adjust the position of your pump a couple of times. Once the pump is secure and comfortable, apply suction by squeezing the base of the pump to start the flow of the milk. Once milk starts to flow, leave the pump alone to do its thing.
If milk flow slows down or you have expressed your desired amount, detach the pump from your breast and safely store your milk.
