Delivery is just £3.99 and Free for orders over £50 for mainland UK addresses.

Prioritised and despatched by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Evri Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery £7.99

Order before 1pm and your order will be prioritised and despatched the same working day with our couriers. Please note that Orders placed on Friday may not arrive until Monday and orders placed on Saturday may not arrive until Tuesday. We will keep you up to date on the status of your order, and you can track your delivery in My Account. Our carrier will also send you a text/email on the day of delivery so you know when to expect your order. If you had to pop out or are unable to accept the delivery, don’t worry – our carrier will leave a calling card or send an email/text to let you know that they have tried to deliver. Alternatively the carrier may leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place on your property.

*Our couriers don’t offer next day services for some of the UK’s more remote postcodes but we will use the fastest services possible.

Return Policy

We hope you are happy with everything you buy from Haakaa.uk. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-calendar day returns policy.

You can return any unused item for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and in a sellable condition. Unfortunately, we would be unable to refund or credit products once opened if they cannot be resealed, due to hygiene or safety reasons.

To ensure the best protection, unless faulty we cannot offer a refund for some of the following product types where a manufacturer’s seal has been broken: Hygiene products, Breast pumps.
